We are just beginning to work on Common Core and I am always on the look out for good resources from people who are teaching it now. I love your anchor chart on text dependent questions. I think It will be a great resource for me and for my students.
ReplyDeleteHey! I am so glad that you like them! Yes, we have been implementing the Common Core for about 3 years where I teach...it has been difficult trying to find and create resources that meet the standards, as I understand them. I am so glad that you think these will be helpful! Send me your email and I will send you the close reading pack!

I am a homeschool educator. I used to teach at a public school. I would LOVE to utilize this packet with her during reading and writing time as part of our narrative and discussion lessons. I am very interested in your lesson plans as well. We started using graphic organizers during reading to help comprehend what she is reading and to help with research or writing stories. We use reading passages on a daily basis to help with comprehension, strategies, and other skills. I really like your graphic organizers and my daughter loves reading nonfiction passages and books. Thank you for the opportunity to win it! I tried following GFC. I was having issues for some reason so I will try again later. I have been having problems following GFC after using their free DNS server. Do you use Bloglovin'? My e-mail is already overloaded at this point so I won't be able to follow via email. I can be reached at tlm swt 2000 (at) msn (dot) com if we win this set.
ReplyDeleteI think I sent it to you! Congrats!
